Look Forward Color is a boutique post production studio based in Brooklyn, NY. Founded by colorist Niger Miles, we specialize in high end color grading and look development for broadcast, online, and theatrical presentation.

Using state of the art tools in our color suite, we collaborate with other creatives to craft images that are consistent with the creative vision of your story and create lasting emotional impact.

Niger is an award winning filmmaker with 20 years of experience spanning a wide range of creative disciplines. As a director of photography, technical director, and editor he's developed strong relationships with his collaborators.

His involvement in the color community he's given him the opportunity to train with some of the most industry's most respected colorists and color scientists. He's since transitioned into building a dedicated color practice where he can share expertise and be instrumental and bringing creative vision to life.

Known for being easy to work with, technically proficient, and process-driven, he always strives to maintain a creative, collaborative environment offering support throughout the entire imaging journey from scene to screen.

When he's not working on color he and his wife Georgia run Storymarq Productions. Together they partner with thought leaders, dreamers, and entrepreneurs, to create strategic video campaigns that inspire intrigue, engagement, and delight in the hearts, minds, and lives of their audiences and communities.

Look Development

Look
Development

Get a headstart by developing your look in pre-production. Together we'll create a Show LUT for your project that can be used for monitoring on-set and during the edit to see a close approximation of the final grade. This will help to create visual alignment between all collaborators.

Color Grading

Whether it's solving problems that happened on set, or setting the overall mood of a scene. We'll polish your project ensuring consistency from beginning to end.

In person sessions in Brooklyn, NY and live remote sessions available.

Mastering

Finalize your project with mastering services that combine video, the audio mix, graphics and subtitles into the final master files ready for everything from YouTube to the cinema and online streaming platforms.
